She conducts psychotherapy through an integration of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Diversity Psychology, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. With nearly a decade of experience, she has worked with a wide range of diagnoses and age groups. Megan’s therapeutic style is authentic and integrative, tailoring her approach to the individual rather than adhering to a “one-size-fits-all” model. Her practice incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Insight-Oriented Therapy.
Megan has extensive experience treating anxiety-related disorders and holds certifications as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). Committed to using compassion-focused brain and body modalities, Megan views symptoms as clues and seeks to heal at the root.
